- Studio B = $40/hour- 450 Square feet
- Studio D= $50/hour- 700 Square Feet
- Studio C= $75/Hour- 1500 square feet
- Studio A = $100/ Hour – 2000 square feet
- These rental rates are the base price per hour. Individuals holding a class or an event with food will also have the following added on to their base price:
- All class rentals or events with multiple people will pay an additional $1 per person on top of the base price.
- (Ex: Someone is renting the red room for a 2 hour Zumba class with 80 people. The calculation would be $60 x 2 hours= $120, plus $1 x 80 people= $200 for the whole rental)
- All rentals with food or beverage will be an additional $2 per person on top of the base price.
- (Ex: Someone is renting the yellow room for a baby shower with food for 3 hours with 20 people. The calculation would be $40 x 3 hours= $120, plus $2 x 20 people= $160 for the rental)
- We refer to the calendar when booking rentals. During studio off hours, someone must be available to sit for the rental. At time of booking, a $100 deposit needs to be taken and a rental contract filled out.
