Our Dress Code
Dress Code: Starz Performing Arts Academy 2026-2027
If a student is NOT in proper attire, he/she will not be allowed to participate in class.
- Tiny Dancers, Creative Movement, Princess Ballet: Any color leotard, tights, pink ballet Slippers
- Combo classes: Any color leotard, tights, ballet and tap shoes or hip hop sneakers.
- Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Acro: Any color leotard, tights (convertible tights for lyrical and acro), jazz pants or dance shorts.
- Acrobatics Classes: Leotard and tights
- Hip Hop, Acro Cheer & Cheer Dance: Leggings or dance shorts, tight fitting shirt or tank & Hip-hop Sneakers (must be purchased at Starz) all dancers must wear the appropriate shoes for classes
- Ballet: Black leotard, pink tights, skirt (optional), pink ballet slippers – hair in bun. This is for dancers that take a full 1-hour ballet class!
For all classes:
- Hair must be pulled back for all classes, big T-shirts, boxer shorts, sweat pants, jeans or jean shorts .
- Over clothing may be removed after warm-up.
