She has been dancing since she was three years old. She is a Starz alumni and is happy to return to Starz to spread her love for dance with her students. She competed on the Starz award winning competition team locally and nationally for six years. She trained in many dance styles, such as ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and contemporary. After high school, Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts in History, Education, and Special Education from Monmouth University.
Kristen was on the Monmouth University dance team for 3 years. She has been teaching dance for 9 years. Kristen loves to spread her passion for dance wherever she goes. She founded and directed a dance program in both elementary schools she previously taught in. Now, she is currently a Middle School Social Studies teacher in Clifton, NJ. She was happy to return home to Starz when her daughter, Savannah, started dance classes. She wants to wish her good luck as she takes the stage for her 3rd recital
