Meet Our Teachers

Emma Gentile is a dancer based in Montclair and New York City. She graduated from Temple University in 2022 with a BFA in Dance. Emma has been involved in the dance world since birth, but she began her formal training at DanceWorks Studios in Montclair, NJ at the age of 12. She has received training in various dance styles including ballet, modern, tap, jazz, hip hop, African Diasporic techniques, and improvisation. Apart from her technical training, Emma has a keen interest in choreographing, teaching, and dance fitness. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to perform in various dance festivals locally in New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, and even in Europe. Emma has been a company member and teaching artist at Freespace Dance since June 2022. Emma is so excited to share her love and dance with the dancers at Starz PAA.
