MONTHLY TUITION-Fall 2007/2008 season

45 minute class: $48.00
1 hour class: $52.00
1 1/4 hour class: $55.00
1 1/2 hour: $60.00

30 minute Semi-Private Lesson: $68.00 per student (semi- private is 2 students)

30 minute Private Lesson: $120.00 monthly

Ulimted Classes $265.00

OPTION #1

Tuition is due the first week of every month.

OPTION #2

Full year paid in full receives a 10% discount. Tuition that is more than seven (7) days late will be charged an additional $10.00. Any returned checks will be charged and additional $25.00 and will be added to your next bill. If tuition is over fourteen (14) days late, the dancer will not be permitted to continue their dance classes.

Register for three (3) or more classes and receive a 25% discount on additional classes.

TUITION POLICY

Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month, regardless of absences. Classes can be made up in equivalent classes. No credits or refunds due to missed classes.
Please place tuition in an envelope labeled with your child’s name and class in the mailbox located in the lobby. Cash or credit card payments can be paid at the front desk.
No refunds or credits will be made after a month is paid and a child decides not to continue with dance classes. Please inform the studio by a courtesy phone call if your child is not continuing. We need to inform the teachers.

ATTENDANCE

Good attendance is strongly recommended. Dance is a progressive art form and dancers need to be on a regular schedule in order to benefit from their dance classes. Please remember to be on time for all classes.

DRESS CODE

If NOT in proper dress code, student will be unable to participate in classes.

BALLET
Hair in bun, black leotard, pink tights, and a skirt (optional).

ALL OTHER CLASSES
Any color leotard, tights, or jazz pants, appropriate shoes.

COMBO CLASSES
Ballet and Tap shoes, 7 years & under

*Hair must be pulled back for all classes.
*No big T-shirts, boxer shorts, sweat pants, jeans or jean shorts.
*Over clothing may be removed after warm-up.

SNOW/INCLEMENT WEATHER

Winter storms are expected during the months of November through March. You will not be called for cancelled classes. Please call the studio and listen to the message one (1) hour before class time. Classes may be cancelled in the day and resume at night if roads are clean and safe. Once a class is cancelled, students may attend another similar class for a make-up until May. We will not offer any refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather. Please feel free to ask questions whenever it does not interfere with classes.

HOLIDAYS

A form will be given out during the year to inform you about STARZ holiday closings. We do not follow local school’s calendars. STARZ Will Be Closed On The Following Days:
Halloween – October 31st
Thanksgiving Break – Wednesday before Thanksgiving until the following Monday
Winter Holiday Break – December 22rd through January 2nd.
Easter Weekend – Good Friday through Sunday
Presidents Day Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend

COSTUMES

Non refundable Deposits
$35.00 per costume, per child will be taken until November. All balances will be due the second week in January. Costume notices will be given out after Thanksgiving break.

RECITAL

End of Year Performance
2nd or 3rd weekend in June at
Becton Regional High School, East Rutherford ( 2008 Recital - June 21, 2008)

OTHER
