«  COSTUME PAYMENTS   

                ***This year we are asking for FULL PAYMENTS for costumes! 

«  Students with ONE costume – Payment is due on 11/22/09

«  Students with TWO or MORE costumes – please add your total and split into two payments

    (PLEASE NOTE:  Costume payments are PER DANCER not FAMILY)

«  Apparel order forms will be given out during classes and available at the front desk.

«  HOLIDAY PARTIES

«  From December 16-22 we will be having our annual holiday parties in class.  We will be serving juice, cookies and candy.  Each dancer is invited to participate in our grab bag. We ask that you bring in a gift that is between $8-$10.  If you do not bring in a gift then you will not be able to participate.

«  STARZ DANCE TEAM FUNDRAISERS – help support the girls!!!!(East Rutherford Location)

«  The Dance Team will be selling candy and snacks throughout the year

«  November Raffle:  MR. COFFEE Stream Espresso/Cappuccino Maker

*Please try not to distract the classes if they are working. If the door or curtain is shut, please wait for

                 the teacher to open it after class.

Please follow our dress code for all classes.

* Ballet students must wear pink or black leotards, pink tights; hair must be worn in a bun. No boxer shorts.

* Although there are no other specific colors required, we do expect to see you dressed appropriately for each class .No street clothes or shoes are allowed in the dance room. Hip-hop students must have dance sneakers.

* Parents and dancers please be aware that dance shoes are NOT to be worn outside, at anytime.

* Please change shoes before and after class inside the studio ONLY!

Tuition Reminder:

* Tuition is always due the first week of the month. Tuition can be placed in the mailbox located at the

    front of the studio lobby. Cash payments should be handed in and a receipt will be given.

* Tuition remains the same whether it is a short or long month regardless of absences.  All students are
